1. Acceptable Use Policy

Emailnya is designed to build legitimate newsletters, notifications, and onboarding flows. You strictly agree not to use the builder, Chrome extension, or our Cloudflare API proxies to create:

• Phishing schemes, credential harvesting layouts, or deceptive financial scams.
• Spam, bulk unsolicited marketing, or harassment.
• Content promoting CSAM, hate speech, or illicit trade.

We run automated heuristic moderation checks on uploaded images. Any detected abuse will result in instant deletion of assets and reporting to relevant internet security agencies.

2. Service Usage & Limits

To keep the platform free and performant:

• Image Hosting: Images uploaded through the editor are hosted on our Cloudflare R2 bucket for a maximum duration of **7 days**, after which they are auto-deleted.
• Rate Limiting: Public unauthenticated endpoints (like open/click tracking workers) are subject to global rate limits to prevent denial-of-service attempts.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Designs: You retain 100% ownership and copyright of any email templates, designs, graphics, and content you build using Emailnya.

Our Platform & Software: The Emailnya web application, branding, visual editor interface, compiler engines, and Chrome extension scripts are the exclusive intellectual property of Emailnya. All rights reserved. You are granted a free, non-exclusive license to use the Emailnya platform and browser extension to create, export, and send your email campaigns.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tool is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Emailnya does not guarantee inbox deliverability or pixel-perfect layout rendering across every email client (e.g. legacy Outlook desktop engines) due to rendering constraints outside our control.
